Q. What is the duration of a day's Hire?
A. The duration of a days hire is 6 hours 12 noon till 6p.m. Delivery is before 12 noon and may be as early as 8am depending on how busy we are on the day. Collection Starts at 6pm. Special arrangements may also be made if you require the castle out with these hours, however an additional fee will be charged.


Q. Is there an age limit on who can use the equipment?
A. No! We have castles to suit all ages. Kids castles are only suitable for up to 15 years, any older will require an adult/kids unit.


Q. Can your equipment be used indoors?
A. YES! All our castles are suitable for indoor use provided you have the space... Approx 6ft to the quoted length and 3ft to the quoted width, height may be an issue, contact us if you are unsure.

Q. Can we hire your equipment for more that 1 day?
A. Yes! Provided the equipment will be safe and secure, you can hire the equipment for as long as you like.

Q. What about the weather?
A. We cannot allow a hire to go ahead if very high winds (over 25 mph) are forecast. If light rain is forecast you may hire at your own discretion, however, if it rains all day we cannot be held responsible and full payment will be charged. We will usually call you the night before or on the morning if the weather looks dubious.


Q. Is there a cancellation charge?
A. NO! We DO NOT charge for any cancellations, we would appreciate if you could let us know asap so someone else can hire the castle.


Q. Can you set up a bouncy castle on a slope?
A. MAYBE! Gentle slopes are okay. Generally speaking, if it would be okay for a trampoline, it would be okay for a bouncy castle. We may need to visit the site first to check it will be safe.


Q. How much room do you need to erect a bouncy castle?
A. You need to add approx. 6ft to the quoted length of the castle to allow for the air blower at the back. You need to add about 3 feet to the width to allow for movement in the side walls. Any overhanging trees and prickly bushes need to be pruned back. Please contact us for advice if you are unsure if a castle will fit. We may need to visit the site to ensure it is safe.


Q. How do I pay, and do you require a deposit?
A. No deposit is required when making the booking, however we require payment for the full amount after set up on the day of hire. We only accept payment by cash. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards or cheques.


Q. How late can I leave it to book?
A. You are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. We will accept bookings as late as the same day, so it is always worth a phone call (you wont be able to book online on the day) if you do make a last minute decision.


Q. What preparation is needed before you arrive?
A. JUST A LITTLE! Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc and that grass, patio areas etc are free of any sharp objects. We will need access to an electricity power point.

Q. How much will it cost me to run for the day?
A. NOT MUCH! The cost is minimal if you are using your own electrical supply. This should cost approx £1.50 -£2.00 to run the fan blower for a day.


Q. How long do you need to set up and take down a bouncy castle?
A. NOT LONG! It should take about 20 minutes, depending on the access to your home/premises. Please let us know if there are any access issues ie. steps, narrow passageways etc.


Q. How much does it cost to hire a bouncy castle for the day?

Q. Do you deliver and how much is delivery?
A. YES! A modest delivery charge will apply.

Q. Is the price the same for a 2 hour indoor party as an all day hire?

A. YES! We feel our prices are still very competitive.
