Terms & Conditions. Important, Please Read!!!

No Food, drinks, party poppers, face paint or streamers on any inflatable.

In the event of silly string being sprayed on any of our Equipment a full replacement will be required!

The safe operation and care of the equipment becomes YOUR responsibility once set up. Tiggeriffic.com will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries however caused.

We insist that for all day and overnight hires, The client accepts full liability for any assets that are stolen / removed from the delivery address and as such will reimburse Tiggeriffic Bouncy Castles & Inflatables for the full replacement value.

1. All money must be paid when the castle is delivered.


2. The length of a hire is 6 hours, 12.00p.m. until 6.00p.m. Bouncy castles will be delivered before 12.00p.m. and could be as early as 8.00a.m. Collection is from 6.00p.m onwards. If you want the castle till 8.00p.m. or overnight you will need to make prior arrangements, an additional fee will apply. Please note... From 1st October till 1st March outdoor hires will be 11am till 5pm
Please be aware, due to he remoteness of some of our delivery destinations, hires may need to be 11am till 5pm This is to aid our collection schedule overall.

Destinations include West Kilbride, Kilbirnie, Beith, Lugton, all G and P postcodes, Cumnock, New Cumnock and surrounding areas, Patna, Straiton, Maybole

This list is an example and not exhaustive.


3. A responsible adult should be on hand at all times to supervise children and keep front of castle clear.


4. There should be separate bouncing sessions for different age and size groups.


5. Shoes must be removed, along with any hard, sharp or dangerous objects. Spectacles are best removed.


6. Nobody must be allowed to climb or hang on the walls of the castle or bounce on the front step.


7. Do not overload the castle & limit the number of users to allow each child enough room to play safely. (Allow more or less depending on the size and weight of the child.) The operator will have told you the safe user limit which is also clearly marked on the unit.


8. If the castle fails for any reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury, switch off castle at the mains and call proprietor.


9. Beware In wet conditions the castle will become very slippery.


10. It is not recommended that electric blowers are used in wet conditions, however the operator may use the Blower if the conditions are not too bad, provided the RCD circuit breaker provided is used.


11. Never switch the blower on and off while the castle is in use.


12. Occasionally check that the castle is still securely pegged down.


13. Do not spray water near the electric fan.


14. No food, drink or cigarettes to be taken into the castle. Silly string, streamers, party poppers and face paint STAIN, do not use them anywhere near the bouncy castle.


15. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not be allowed to use the equipment.


16. If the castle is dirty or damaged when collected the hirer will be liable and asked to pay for the full repair or to clean.


17. Do not move the inflatable once it has been set up, this will invalidate the insurance.


18. We will require that the grass area is reasonably flat & clear of all objects including garden toys or furniture.


19. If you own a dog or a dog has been in your garden, PLEASE make sure the area is clear of it’s faeces. We don’t pick up dog faeces or set up castles on top of it.


20. You must read and sign the terms and conditions form upon delivery of the castle.


21. In cases of wet weather. We will supply a wet weather information sheet. We will phone on the morning of the hire to confirm the booking, you can cancel free of charge. Tiggeriffic.com cannot be held responsible if you decide to go ahead with the booking and it rains all day.

22. Tiggeriffic Bouncy Castle Hire reserve the right to remove the castle for whatever reason if we think our equipment or a persons wellbeing is at risk.

Please have the unit inflated for us returning so we can make sure it is undamaged, clean and safe for its next hire.

Please keep the inflatable clean.

In Short...

  1. No food or drinks allowed on the castle.

  2. No party poppers, silly string or streamers allowed on the castle. In the event of silly string being sprayed on a castle, a FULL REPLACEMENT CASTLE will be required!

  3. Socks must be worn.

  4. No climbing or hanging on walls.

  5. No bouncing on the front step.

  6. Shoes must be removed.

  7. The castle must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

  8. Slide users must go down feet first with arms crossed over the chest with elbows tucked in.

  9. Users of disco castles with flashing lights must not use if they have photo sensitive epilepsy.

  10. Hirers must take regular wind speed readings using the anemometer provided, the maximum allowed wind speed is 24mph. We recommend that if the wind speed is anywhere near 20mph that the inflatable be turned off until it has calmed down again.

  11. Please keep the inflatable clean.

  12. Please have the unit inflated for our return so we can ensure it is undamaged, clean and safe for its next hire.
